Jessica Drew - Fictional Biography
According to the plot of the Marvel comics, the parents of our heroine were scientists who worked on a project whose goal was to introduce spider genes into the human body. During pregnancy, Jessica's mother, inadvertently, was irradiated with an experimental device. The result was the birth of a girl with supernatural abilities.
Soon, Jessica's parents went missing. The heroine herself was in a coma for a long time. Awakening, the girl got to study at the secret agency Hydra, where her mother and father had previously served. Gradually she was told that all the organization’s actions were aimed at creating a new, more perfect world order, which ultimately turned out to be a lie.
Over time, the path of Jessica Drew accidentally crossed with the original Spider-Man - Peter Parker. The famous superhero assisted the girl in getting rid of control by the Hydra agents. The heroine took up a private investigation, in which extraordinary abilities helped her.
Active in the world of crime led Jessica only to suffering and deprivation of superhero skills. Representatives of the Hydra agency reappeared on the scene, who offered Drew to regain her strength in exchange for participating in espionage missions. Thus, the girl turned into a double agent.
Collaboration with Hydra turned out to be “a deal with the devil” for Jessica Drew. Soon, the terrible truth was revealed that the representatives of the secret organization are treacherous aliens intending to enslave the Earth. Months later, the superheroes still managed to defeat the invaders. Jessica Drew had nowhere to go. After long wanderings, she made friendship with Wolverine and joined the ranks of his team of New Avengers.
