Products:
- one chicken breast (fillet);

Procedure:
- Grate the carrots, chop the onion into thin half rings. Lightly fry in a deep oil pan.
- Chop cabbage with a knife in thin strips or a special grater, pour over boiling water and put onion and carrots, simmer for five minutes under the lid.

- Boil rice until incomplete and add to vegetables.

- Add the finished chicken to the pan with vegetables, cover and cook for about 15 minutes on a low flame with occasional stirring.
- Mix the finished dish. Take a sample, add salt if necessary.
- Let it sweat for about 15 minutes.
Spread the cabbage, stewed with chicken and rice, put on plates and serve. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs - parsley or dill.
In a slow cooker
Products:
- half a head of cabbage;
- 300 grams of breast fillet;
- two onions;
- a glass of rice;
- two carrots;
- clove of garlic;
- salt;
- pepper.
Procedure:
- Cut the chicken into small pieces. Pour oil into the bowl of the multicooker, add meat, set the Frying program and cook for 10 minutes.
- Chop onions, grate carrots, add to chicken, pepper, stir and fry for 10 minutes.
- Chop cabbage, put in a slow cooker, cook for 15 minutes and turn off the frying mode.
- Put the washed rice in a bowl, pour hot water, add salt.
