The special taste and delicate texture of pork allowed this product to gain popularity and gain value in many countries of the world. In some states, the cost of pork is much higher than beef, because pork dishes are considered delicious dishes.

In America and England, bacon enjoys great love, in Germany - ham. Georgians consider baked young piglets to be their traditional dish, and in Moldova, Russia and Ukraine, individual pieces of meat are usually fried. You can also cook kebab, meatballs, stews from meat. It is very tasty stewed pork. The recipe for this dish is not very complicated. You can stew pork with a variety of vegetables, herbs and sauces.

Recipe.

To cook pork, stock up on the following foods:

  • kilogram of pork;
  • dill and parsley;
  • garlic (2 cloves);
  • 100 grams of sour cream;
  • ground pepper and salt;
  • rye flour (2 tablespoons);
  • onion (3 pcs.);
  • tomato paste (3 tablespoons);
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking.

Wash the meat in clean water, dry and cut into small pieces. Slightly fry the pieces of meat in a frying pan, then transfer them to a special dish in which you will prepare the dish. Peel the onion, finely chop it and add to the meat form. Pork with water, season with pepper, salt, and simmer over medium heat for about 60 minutes. In a small amount of water, dilute the flour and add water and flour to the pot with stew. After that, pour in the same tomato paste. Stew the dish for another 20 minutes. Then add sour cream, bring the mixture to a boil and remove from heat. At the end of cooking, add finely chopped greens.

The meal is ready.

Braised pork. Pineapple Recipe

The dish is cooked for 40 minutes and is designed for 4 servings.

For the dish you will need:

  • 500 grams of pork;
  • 250 gr rice cereal;
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter;
  • 3 table. spoons of pineapple juice;
  • 3 buds of cloves;
  • 1 table. a spoonful of sugar;
  • bulb;
  • 2 table. tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • salt;
  • 6 slices of pineapple;
  • coriander, cinnamon, cardamom.

Cooking.

Cut the meat into large slices and fry in oil, along with coriander, finely chopped onions and cloves for about ten minutes. Add water (200g) and then stew the pieces of meat until soft.

Braised pork with pineapple is baked with rice. Boil rice groats in salted water. Finely chop three slices of pineapple with a knife and mix with boiled rice. We put the meat with sauce in the form in which the dish will be baked, and also in the form we put a mixture of rice with pineapples. Sprinkle cardamom and cinnamon on top.

Put the remaining pieces of pineapple in a pan and lightly brown with sugar and pineapple juice. Pineapple mix evenly spread over rice. The dish is baked in the oven with the lid closed for no more than 10 minutes.

Braised pork. Recipe with apples

The following ingredients are required for the dish:

  • 500 gr of pork;
  • 2 chopped green apples;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 220 grams of potatoes;
  • 250 grams of chopped cabbage;
  • 3 tablespoons of flour;
  • a spoonful of mustard;
  • bulb;
  • 400 g of water;
  • caraway;
  • chicken broth (400g).

Cooking.

Heat sunflower oil in a pan. Cut the pork into large slices, sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Fry the slices of meat and put on a plate. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Put chopped onion and caraway seeds in a pan with butter. Fry the onion so that it becomes soft. Add flour (tablespoon), water, stock, chopped potatoes, slaw, salt and mustard. Boil, reducing heat, cook vegetables for 20 minutes with the lid closed. Then add apples and continue cooking. After this, mix the meat with vegetables, make a small fire and continue to simmer the dish (about 5 minutes).

Stewed pork with apples is ready!
