  • turkey fillet in the amount of 700 g;
  • 1 onion and carrots;
  • potatoes weighing 800 g (about 7-8 pcs. medium root crops);
  • 2-3 tomatoes;
  • a pair of medium sweet peppers;
  • salt, pepper, seasonings optional;
  • vegetable oil.

Rinse tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers and potatoes. Remove the skin from the latter, cut the vegetable into thin circles. Peppers free from the stalk and seeds, chop into thin strips.
