And here's how to make sweet butter bread in a slow cooker. In a glass of heated milk (you can use kefir, fermented baked milk, whey) we breed a bag of yeast. Beat three eggs separately with half a teaspoon of salt, vanilla (1 bag) and sugar (seven tablespoons). Now we mix milk with yeast, the egg mixture and sunflower oil (seven tablespoons) in a bowl and begin to add flour to this liquid mass, which will take about five glasses.

We put the dough for proofing, and meanwhile, we sort through my raisins. Then pour dried fruit with boiling water, let it swell. We drain the water and dry the raisins, laying it on a paper towel.

Now grease the cutting board with vegetable oil, pour raisins on it and lay out the dough that has come up. Gently mix the dried fruits into the dough and form a ball out of it.
