He was adored by the great Hemingway, considering it more invigorating and inspiring than coffee. Marlene Dietrich drank a cocktail with inimitable chic, and many ladies of that time adopted the fashion for him. This is not surprising, because a misted glass gives a very special feeling. As expressed flowery poet, "Bakardi mojito" classical is a combination of ice and flame, hot passion inspiration love and flood taste. When you feel it in your tongue, the imagination draws a green island, a pink and blue sunset sky, the sound of the surf and the golden sun bathing in the ocean. The composition of the cocktail is, as a rule, white Bakkardi rum (40 g), freshly squeezed lime juice (30 g), a few leaves of ordinary mint (fresh or dried, for example), a little sugar (1.5-2 teaspoons). For example, instead of pure sugar, sugar syrup is poured - about 15-20 g. If you come across a bottle of Bacardi Mojito, how to drink it to enjoy the fullness and brightness of taste? Add just 2 components. In a porcelain cup, slice half the lime and 5-6 sprigs of mint, chopped into slices, into the pulp. Transfer to a shaker, where pour 70 g of the drink from the bottle. You can sweeten a little if you want. Then fill the rest of the tank with ice, shake it well, so that all the ingredients are mixed until smooth. Then pour into the glasses, each putting a little ice. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves. Citrus-herbal “puree” will be needed only for those who want to achieve greater saturation and expressiveness of the drink. Lovers of mild taste are quite satisfied with the ready-made ones and can limit themselves to mint and lime for decoration.

And finally, if you decide to start from scratch and do it yourself, buy a bottle of Bacardi light rum (varieties Superior or Blanca Card). Pour 2 tablespoons into the shaker.
