  • Break eggs into a separate container and mix them thoroughly.
  • Pour the vegetable oil into a deep pan and bring it to a boil (small bubbles should appear inside).

When the ice cream has cooled down well, it's time to change its shape. This can be done in several ways, depending on the tools available.

After several layers, the ball should be wrapped in foil and sent to the freezer for a while, so that it solidifies properly.
  • The second way. But if you do not have such a spoon, then do not worry, because you can cope without it. To do this, simply cut a small block of ice cream and, taking it in your hands (gloves), quickly begin to form a ball out of it, and then repeat the same steps with sprinkling as in the previous method. After that, also wrap the ice cream in foil and send it to freeze.

Stage Three: Frying Ice Cream

Now only the simplest thing remains: fry the balls before serving. Therefore, do not rush to do this, but rather wait for the guests and bring this simple dish to the ideal with them.

  • When the oil is sufficiently warmed up, simply lower the ball of ice cream and fry evenly on both sides for several seconds. It is best if the oil level corresponds to half the ball, which will facilitate your cooking process. Also do not forget that you need to fry only a thin shell of breading and eggs, and not all in general.
  • Put the finished fried ice cream on a paper towel to drain excess oil from its surface.
