Although it is generally accepted that pork is very fatty meat, in fact this is not entirely true. It is absorbed quite easily (only lamb is easier), and is useful in that it contains a large amount of B vitamins and protein. However, you need to understand that pork needs to be carefully processed and can cause allergies due to the content of histamines. You can not abuse pork, the recommended dose per day is no more than 200 g.
There are a very large number of dishes that can be prepared from pork. One of the most delicious is pork under a fur coat, which we will talk about in this article.
Pork under a fur coat with potatoes
This dish can be prepared as the first, it is very hearty and it is quite simple to prepare. Mustard Pork
This is a recipe for spicy lovers. Half a pork cut into portions and beat. Coat each piece with mustard and leave to marinate for an hour. Pork under a fur coat with sour cream
This dish can also be prepared with mayonnaise, but the pork under the mayonnaise is fatter, so if you want something more sweet, then take sour cream.

Smear abundantly on top of the meat with sour cream (approximately 400 g). 6 onion heads cut into rings and put on top.
