But there is only one problem: despite the high quality of products and compliance with European standards, some fans of the Italian dish still feel that the filling of the pizza is not enough (from the “could have put more for that kind of money” series). So in this case, a great option - homemade meat pizza. Here you can already enter as many fillings as you see fit, and, finally, get enough of your favorite meal.

And the meat can be selected and chicken, and turkey, and veal, and pork, and various sausages to introduce into the ingredients. All that the soul desires. And you can make assorted meat with various kinds and smoked meats - you just lick your fingers! In short, there are a lot of options for fillings. Let's try to cook?

But first, we need to make the dough - the basis for our dish. You can, of course, buy in the store: in any supermarket you will find several options. But more interesting yet do it yourself. So, thin pizza dough.

Ingredients (for one standard pizza 30 cm in diameter): 175 grams of flour, 125 ml of warm water, a large spoon of olive oil, a small one - quick dry yeast, salt on the tip of a knife.

Mix flour with yeast and salt, and water - with butter. Gradually pour the resulting liquid into a dry mixture. Knead the dough, which should be homogeneous. When it reaches a density, spread on a surface sprinkled with flour and knead for several minutes. We grease the bowl with oil and put the product there. Cover, leave warm for 30-40 minutes (to fit). After a little more, knead and roll the dough into a circle. Spread a circle on a baking sheet. You can put the stuffing on top.

Note: pizza dough can be made on kefir, beer, and sour cream. Use fresh, puff, yeast - to whom you like. The above example is one of many options.

With beef (or veal)

With beef and pickled cucumbers - excellent and hearty meat pizza. Her recipe is simple to prepare. We will need (the ingredients are indicated for making one pizza, if we cook several, multiply by the amount): gram 300 boiled soft beef, 3-4 medium-sized pickled cucumbers, 1 Bulgarian sweet pepper, 1 large tomato, 1 onion, cheese (mozzarella or some something else) - 150 grams.

  1. Put the prepared and rolled dough on a baking sheet.
  2. Cut the beef into strips. Pepper, onion - half rings. Cucumbers and tomato - thin circles.
  3. We spread: first beef, then - vegetable mixture. Top with grated cheese.
  4. Put the baking sheet in the oven at medium temperature. Bake for 20 minutes.

With ham

Meat pizza with ham and egg - a real hearty meal! We take 200 grams of smoked ham, not too fat, 150 grams of hard cheese, 100 grams of milk, 2 eggs, 2-3 tomatoes, spices, salt.

  1. Cut the ham into cubes and fry a little in a pan.
  2. Dice tomatoes and cheese. Mix with ham. We spread on the basis of the dough.
  3. Beat the eggs and mix them with milk, adding salt and spices (you can herbs) to taste.
  4. Fill this mass with the filling laid out on the dough.
  5. We put the baking sheet in the oven, heated to medium temperatures, and bake for 20 minutes.

With lamb and rice

Meat pizza with lamb and rice, seasoned with spices and cheese, as if combines Asian and European cuisine. She is very satisfying and will surely appeal to your family as a great alternative to the holiday cake.

We take 250 grams of boiled or stewed lamb (the main thing is that it is not hard), 200 grams of boiled friable rice, 3 cloves of garlic, 3-5 fresh tomatoes, 1 egg, 1 onion, seasonings.

  1. Cut the lamb into strips. Onions - half rings.
  2. Squeeze the garlic. Cook the egg and cut into cubes.
  3. Peel the tomatoes and turn into mashed potatoes in a blender (well, or grate coarsely).
  4. We combine all products (plus boiled rice) on a prepared and laid out on a baking sheet base.
  5. Cover the filling with tomato puree.
  6. We rub the cheese and sprinkle it on top of the whole structure.
  7. We put in the oven for 20 minutes.
  8. An excellent and satisfying meat pizza (see photo below) is ready! It remains to call home to the table.

With minced meat: small tricks

Homemade meat pizza can be cooked with minced meat: beef, veal, pork, chicken. Here we suggest using a little trick and taking Georgian lavash - puri (round and magnificent, not thin in shape) for the base of our dish. With it, you can cook any pizza very quickly: you don’t need to make the dough.

  1. On round pita bread, spread minced meat with onion - 200 grams.
  2. Place tomato slices on top.
  3. We fill all this dish with grated cheese and send it to the oven for 15 minutes.
