Dishes from mushrooms and meat have always been popular among consumers. In cooking, there are hundreds of interesting and simple recipes that allow you to bake, fry and stew this dish. Due to such a wide variety, every woman has a unique, signature and favorite recipe in her cookbook.

Required Products:
- pork - 800 grams;
- large onion - 1 pc.;

Meat with mushrooms and sour cream is a rather simple, but at the same time tasty and fragrant dish, which even novice cooks can do.
Step cooking
What needs to be done first:
- We wash the mushrooms under running water, dry and cut into thin plates.
- We clear the onion from the top layer and divide into half rings.
- Cut the carrots into circles.
- Pour the meat with cold water, wash and dry with paper towels.
- Cut the pork into slices.
- Pour a little vegetable oil into the stew-pan and fry the pork slices until a golden and tasty crust is formed.
- We shift the meat onto a plate, add the vegetables to the stewpan and simmer for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Now pour some water and return the meat to the stewpan.
- Salt and pepper our dish, stew under a closed lid for about half an hour.
- 15 minutes before cooking, pour the chopped mushrooms.
- Then drain the excess liquid, pour in the sour cream and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
We lay out the finished dish on plates and decorate with chopped greens of dill and parsley.

Ingredients:
- beef - 750 grams;
- champignons - 350 grams;
- purple onion - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- salt;
- paprika;
- sour cream - 300 grams.
If desired, in this recipe, sour cream can be replaced with heavy cream.
Cooking method
We divide the cooking process into several stages:
- We thoroughly wash the beef meat, dry it on paper napkins and cut it into longitudinal pieces.
- We wash the carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
- We clean the onion and finely chop it.
- Wash the mushrooms from the dirt, dry them a bit and divide into thin plates.
- We heat the pan over medium heat and pour in a little olive oil. Fry beef slices on it.
- Then pour the vegetables and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Lastly, add champignons, spices and pour a little water or broth.
- Stew under the lid for 20-25 minutes.
- As soon as the meat becomes soft and tender, add sour cream and wait another 10 minutes.
- We remove the pan from the heat and let the dish cool slightly.
Before serving, stewed in sour cream meat with mushrooms is recommended to decorate with chopped garlic and a sprig of parsley. As a side dish, you can use boiled potatoes, cereals and pasta.

The components of the recipe:
- beef or pork - 750 grams;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- champignons or oyster mushrooms - 350 grams;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- salt;
- oregano;
- dried greens;
- sour cream - 250 grams;
- potatoes - 4-6 pcs.;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- broth - 350 ml.

Step cooking
So, our actions are as follows:
- First you need to rinse the meat, dry it and cut into portions.
- Then wash the mushrooms, divide them into quarters and fry them in a pan until half ready.
- Remove the mushrooms and pour the pieces of meat.
- Fry until crispy and transfer pork or beef. Depending on what you have chosen for mushrooms.
- Now peel the onion and finely chop it.
- Grate the carrots and fry in sunflower oil along with onions.
- Once the vegetables have a golden hue, remove the pan from the heat.
- Peel the potatoes, rinse in cold water and cut into small cubes up to 1 cm thick.
- We spread potatoes in baking pots, then a layer of meat and mushrooms.
- Salt and pepper our dish.
- Pour in a little broth.
- We cover the pots with a lid, put on a baking sheet and send the meat to the oven for 45–55 minutes.
- Every 15-20 minutes we check the dish for readiness and, if necessary, add broth or water.
- A few minutes before the end of cooking, add sour cream and simmer another 5-10 minutes.
We transfer the stew with mushrooms in sour cream on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
To make the dish as soft and tender as possible, you can add a little butter and margarine to the baking pots. Thanks to this, the meat softens and acquires a light creamy flavor. For a side dish, you should prepare a light vegetable salad seasoned with olive oil and wine vinegar. The salad may contain tomatoes, cabbage, radish, canned corn, as well as boiled eggs and green peas.
