Cooking a salad with sausage and vegetables

Salads are present on the menu of almost any cuisine in the world, and the main way to prepare them is the same: you need to grind the required amount of the required ingredients, season with sauce or oil and serve hot or cold to the table. But the variety of components is simply amazing. Salads are prepared not only with vegetables or fruits. To do this, use meat, fish, eggs, algae, caviar and so on. Russian cuisine is also rich in all kinds of salads, starting with the traditional Olivier and Herring under a fur coat and ending with more exotic options with shrimp, crab, capers, olives and other unusual ingredients. On a typical day, for dinner, you can quickly cook a delicious salad with sausage, and as additional ingredients add fresh or pickled vegetables, beans, corn or cheese. Option 1. Salad with sausage and cucumbers

The taste of smoked sausage is successfully complemented by vegetables. This salad can not only become your favorite everyday dish, but also decorate the holiday table. For him you will need:

  • smoked sausage salad cucumbers
    200 g of any smoked sausage and hard cheese;
  • 1 small carrot;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • 1 can of canned sweet corn;
  • dressing mayonnaise;
  • spices: salt and pepper.

Prepare the ingredients for the salad: smoked sausage, cucumbers, carrots should be finely chopped, and the cheese can be grated. After that, in a large dish, combine all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Done! If you serve this salad with sausage to the festive table, you can decorate it with olives or herbs. And if you arrange small portions of this dish into pre-prepared baskets of dough, you will get a beautiful snack for a buffet or buffet.

Option 2. Salad with sausage and beans

This hearty dish, thanks to its ingredients, contains a large amount of protein, so by its nutritional value it can completely replace dinner if you serve portions with a baguette or toast. For this salad, remove from the refrigerator:

    1 can of red or white canned beans;
  • 3 pickled or pickled medium-sized cucumbers;
  • 150 g. Smoked or half-smoked sausage;
  • 1 head of onion (to taste);
  • mayonnaise, dill, salt and pepper.

Cut all the ingredients except the beans into medium-sized cubes, finely chop the onion. Stir the salad. Smoked sausage, beans, cucumbers and onions are a wonderful and satisfying combination, and mayonnaise dressing with salt, pepper and fresh dill will give a more rich delicate taste. If desired, a few crackers can be added to the finished dish. Just do this before serving directly, otherwise dried bread may get wet. Given that this salad is prepared in haste and from the available ingredients, it may well become an everyday dish for your family.
