  • 9 champignons;
  • 1 cream cheese
  • 30 g butter;
  • a bunch of greenery;
  • 2 tbsp sweet pepper;
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil;
  • spice.

Before you start cooking rolls, chicken skins must be properly processed. Rinse each skin thoroughly under cool water, stretch it on a board and remove grease and film. Dry the skins with paper towels.

Peel and wash the mushrooms, cut into very small cubes. Finely chop and cream cheese. To cut it better, put it in the freezer an hour before cooking.

Greens, namely a few feathers of green onions, dill, parsley, rinse, shake off excess moisture and chop finely.
