Many people prepare liver salad for the holidays, the recipe for which in most cases is quite simple. Now you can find a wide variety of options for this delicious and satisfying snack: with chicken, beef, pork liver or canned cod liver. We offer you some cooking recipes.
- "Air". For it you will need: 350 grams of liver (chicken or pork), 5 eggs, a jar of pickled gherkins, carrots, onions and mayonnaise. The liver and carrots are boiled. If this is a pork liver, then grate it on a coarse grater, like carrots, you can simply chop chicken into strips. Fry the onion in butter, finely chop the cucumbers and eggs. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix, seasoning with mayonnaise. But you can lay out all products in layers, soaking it all with the same mayonnaise.
- Another liver salad, Korean-style carrot recipe. This salad does not require any special energy and material costs. For its preparation you will need: Korean carrot (you can buy it) - 250 grams, the same amount of beef liver, onion and mayonnaise. Cool the boiled liver directly in the broth so that it turns out juicier. Then we cut it into strips and add the onion, carrots, mayonnaise, sliced ββin oil, fried in oil, mix and leave to soak for a couple of hours.

- And this liver salad, the recipe of which is very original, will surely surprise your guests. So, take two cloves of garlic, a pod of chili, a pinch of sugar, 10 grams of Dijon (grain) mustard, 45 grams of wine or balsamic vinegar, 60 grams of olive oil, 300 grams of green beans, a pound of chicken liver, salt and pepper to taste, herbs (e.g. arugula). In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the sauce: vinegar, mustard, spices. Fry beans in a grill or pan with chili pepper. Separately, fry the chopped chicken liver. Cool the food, then mix with the sauce, add chopped herbs and serve.

- Here is another liver salad. Its recipe is quite straightforward, and to prepare this dish you will need the following set of products: canned cod liver, boiled potatoes and carrots, eggs, pickles, green feather onions, hard cheese, mayonnaise and spices. You can determine the amount of ingredients yourself, depending on which product you prefer more. Open the jar with the liver and drain all the butter, then put it in a bowl and knead with a fork. Cut all the ingredients into small strips, add to the liver and mix gently, season with mayonnaise and sprinkle with green onions. Such a salad can be served by laying in waffle baskets.
- Another recipe: βPuff liver salad.β It consists of four layers, each smeared with mayonnaise. So, at the very bottom we put the boiled beef liver, grated. The next layer is boiled grated potatoes. The third layer is boiled grated carrots, and the final one is grated eggs. You can decorate this salad with chopped herbs or grated yolk.
