Therefore, those who are overweight are advised to consume as many vegetables as possible. There are a lot of salad recipes with vegetables and fruits, I want to give a few that I like the most.
Salad of carrots and apples with raisins
This salad is all-season, as cooking products can be bought at any time of the year. Preparing a salad of carrots and apples is quite easy and takes a minimum of time.
For its preparation we will need: four large carrots, 100 grams of black raisins, two large apples and mayonnaise for dressing the salad.
- Preparation: Put raisins on a plate, pour boiling water and leave for half an hour, so that it is steamed well. Then we drain the water, rinse in a colander and leave all the water to the glass.
- Wash the carrots, peel and grate. It is possible large or small, as you like.
- Peel the washed apples and cut into small cubes. Optionally, you can use a grater. Apples with sourness are better for salad to balance a combination of sweetish carrots and raisins.
- We take a deep salad bowl, lay out the vegetables, add dry raisins and mix. Dress with mayonnaise and again gently interfere.
- A salad of carrots and apples is perfect for a side dish of rice, mashed potatoes and poultry.
Light carrot and apple salad
It will take: two carrots, an apple, a lemon and sour cream.
Preparation: Peeled carrots and apple rub on a grater. Add lemon juice and season with sour cream. Mix well and can serve.
Beetroot and Carrot Salad
Very spicy and tasty salad, which is prepared simply and quickly.
For the salad we need: one medium carrot, a small beet, an average apple, two stalks of celery and a pinch of salt. To prepare the sauce: two tablespoons of sesame seeds, a tablespoon of any honey, half a lemon, a tablespoon of brandy or rum and olive oil.
- We start cooking: wash and peel the apple, carrots and beets. Rub on a Korean grater to get long strips.
- Peel the stalks of celery from the skin and cut into plates as thin as possible.
- Let's do the sauce. We put a frying pan on the fire, pour oil and fry sesame seeds. You need to do this as quickly as possible. As soon as the aroma appears and the seeds turn golden, turn off immediately.
- To the sesame seeds directly in the pan add honey, lemon juice, brandy and mix thoroughly.
- In a deep cup, mix grated vegetables, celery, apple, add salt and season with sauce.
- Dressing with a sauce is recommended just before serving.
Squid Salad with Apples
For those who love squid, this salad will bring true pleasure.
We will need: a pound of squid, two oranges, a large apple, a bunch of fresh dill, two tablespoons of squeezed lemon juice, three tablespoons of olive oil.
- Preparation: squid thoroughly washed, cleaned and cut into rings. Then add olive oil to the preheated pan and fry them for three minutes. After pour in the lemon juice and simmer over low heat for about five more minutes.
- Peeled apples are cut into cubes.
- Remove the peel, the film from the orange and cut into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients, salt and mix thoroughly.
- We spread in a beautiful salad bowl and decorate with finely chopped dill.
