Salmon Cooking Recipes: Delicious and Healthy

All salmon recipes are not only easy to prepare, but also very tasty. For example, oven-baked salmon in foil has a delicate taste. Foil in the kitchen is an indispensable tool. Dishes baked in foil practically do not use fat, and therefore are dietary. But all the beneficial substances that are destroyed by another processing method are perfectly preserved. To cook salmon according to this recipe, you will need the following products:

* Salmon 600 g
* Mustard and honey, one tablespoon each
* Lemon 1.5 pieces
*Spinach
*Parsley
* Salt, pepper to taste

Baked salmon in the oven in foil is prepared as follows: salmon are cleaned and cut into portions. Juice is squeezed from one lemon and mixed with honey and mustard. In the resulting sauce, you need to add salt and pepper and grease the pieces of salmon, after which they need to be wrapped in foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Salmon is baked until cooked for half an hour. Before serving, put the pieces of salmon on a dish covered with spinach leaves and decorate with lemon slices and parsley sprigs. This dish is prepared for the festive table.

Baked salmon is also cooked without honey and mustard. Slices of salmon can simply be salted, sprinkled with lemon juice and greased with any vegetable oil. Then the fish is wrapped in foil and baked in the oven for 30-45 minutes. The baking time depends on the thickness of the pieces.

There are not only delicious salmon recipes, but also healthy ones. For example, salmon baked in a double boiler is considered a diet dish, and it takes less than an hour to cook it. To prepare this dish you will need the following ingredients:

Salmon
Lemon 1 piece
Greens: parsley, dill, basil
Salt to taste
Seasoning Sunflower Hops

Salt prepared salmon slices on all sides, sprinkle with seasoning and put in a double boiler. On top you need to put twigs of greenery and turn on the double boiler. After 45 minutes, the salmon is ready. For garnish, asparagus beans are very suitable. The dish is decorated with finely chopped greens and lemon slices.

Or, for example, fried salmon. To prepare four servings you will need:

Salmon 4 slices of 200 g
Salt, ground black pepper
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Mustard 2 teaspoons
Ground chili pepper 0.5 teaspoon
Water 0.25 cups
Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
Cognac 3 tablespoons
Butter 25 g
Blackberry 400 g

Slices of salmon need to be salt and pepper on all sides. Vegetable oil is poured into the pan and set on high heat. When the oil is sufficiently hot, put the fish in the pan and fry for two minutes, pressing each piece with a fork. After that, the fire is reduced, the fish is turned over, covered with a lid and fried for another three or four minutes. Then the fried salmon is transferred to the dish, and sauce is prepared in the pan.

To prepare the sauce, mix mustard, red pepper, water, vinegar and blackberry in a cup well. The mixture is poured into the pan and cooked over low heat until it thickens. After that, add butter, salt and balsamic vinegar to taste. This sauce fried salmon is poured and served on the table.
