We need: a pound of fresh liver, a head of onion, two cloves of garlic, half a glass of milk, a glass of boiled rice, two eggs, two tablespoons of flour, mayonnaise, fresh herbs and salt.

Preparation: wash the liver, cut into pieces, pass through a meat grinder and then twist the onions and cloves of garlic. Pour milk into the liver stuffing, add rice, eggs, flour and mix well. Liver cake with cheese

Preparation: wash the liver well, remove the film and pass through a meat grinder. Add semolina to the grinded liver and leave for a while to swell the cereal. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with butter. Then put it in a blender, break the egg there and beat well. Pour the resulting homogeneous mixture into a cup with the liver, add the flour, throw a pinch of salt and mix. We divide the finished dough from the liver into six equal portions.

We heat the pan, add a little oil, put a portion of the dough in the form of tortillas and fry on both sides. As a result, we get six cakes.
Slightly spinach, drain excess liquid and mix with mayonnaise.
Finely grate the cheese, add mayonnaise and squeeze the garlic. We rub the boiled carrots and also mix with a small amount of mayonnaise. With the prepared fillings, we coat the cakes in a random order along with the top.

Preparation: we wash the liver, clean it from the film and pass through a meat grinder along with the peeled onion. Add eggs, vegetable oil, soda, flour and mix thoroughly. We heat the pan, grease it with oil and fry about eight pancakes from the prepared dough.

While pancakes are fried, we will take care of mushrooms. We wash them well, if they are quite large, cut and fry in oil. When the mushrooms are ready, add the finely chopped onions and chopped garlic.

We take a wide dish, spread the first pancake, spread with mayonnaise and spread a layer of mushrooms with chopped tomatoes, cover with the next pancake from above, coat again and put mushrooms and tomatoes. So do with all the pancakes.
