To begin with, we need to cut the pork into even pieces with a thickness of about 2 centimeters each. After that, it is better to beat off the pieces so that they turn out to be juicier and softer, and put on a baking sheet, as close as possible to each other.

Then grate the cheese and chop the onion. By the way, it is better to cut it into half rings, so the dish will turn out to be more beautiful, and more convenient to use.

Next, mix mayonnaise or sour cream with spices and spread pieces of meat with the resulting sauce. After that, put onion on the meat, sprinkle with cheese on top and send to the oven. Pork with cheese in the oven should be baked at a temperature of 180 ° C for about half an hour.
