- Bell pepper;
- 2 zucchini;
- 0.5 kg of new potatoes;

This recipe for potatoes with zucchini and cheese in the oven is as simple as possible and will certainly interest many young housewives. The dish prepared on it has a pleasant taste and delicate aroma. It goes well with any meat products and is ideal for a family dinner. To make such a casserole, you will need:
- 400 g squash;
- a pair of large spoons of flour;
- 400 g ripe tomatoes;
- fresh egg;
- 3 large spoons of soft butter;
- 400 g of new potatoes;
- a couple glasses of fresh cow's milk;
- 100 g of any hard cheese.
Washed and peeled vegetables are cut into slices and layered in oiled form. All this is slightly salted and seasoned with spices. Then the future casserole is poured with a chilled sauce, consisting of flour, butter and egg fried in butter, and sprinkled with grated cheese. Prepare this dish at two hundred degrees for at least forty minutes.
