- Sour cream - 2 cups (total 400 g).
- Cocoa powder - 6 tablespoons.
- Soda - 1 teaspoon.
Beat the eggs, alternately adding sugar first. Then put the sour cream. Next is butter (melted). Add soda to the flour, mix it a little, pour this dry mixture to the whipped products. When the dough for a football-themed cake breaks and becomes homogeneous and without lumps, it will need to be divided into two parts. Add cocoa to one, knead. Lay the baking dish (certainly large and rectangular) with baking paper and begin to lay out the dough one at a time: a spoonful of brown, a spoonful of white, etc., until the dough is over.

For cream you will need:

However, you can use the cream from the previous recipe. It's just that this football-themed cake will have a completely different taste. Also, instead of green dye, cocoa powder is added here.
So, prepare the cream. Cocoa must be added to boiling water and mixed. Now - beat the butter. Without stopping the process, pour the diluted cocoa into the butter and add the powdered sugar. Beat until the cream is smooth and lush. Peaches are cut into slices.

Marcepan Decoration
Decorating this work of culinary art will be marzipan. To prepare it, you will need three ingredients: water (3 + 2 tbsp. L.), Sugar (1 cup) and almonds (1 cup). In addition, for decoration you need to have black and white chocolate.
Cooking Marzipan. Dip our almonds in boiling water for a couple of minutes. We do not need water, so we drain it. Peel the almonds. Now you need to rinse the nuts well and fry them for 10 minutes, constantly stirring. From sugar and water residues you need to make a syrup. Grind almonds into flour. In syrup, you need to heat chopped nuts for about four minutes. After this, the marzipan should cool down, and it must either be turned in a blender or in a meat grinder, then rolled up two lumps - one larger, the other - smaller.

In most, add white chocolate, melted in a water bath, and in the smaller - black. Both lumps need to be kneading properly. Now they need to be wrapped in tape and put in the refrigerator. After some time, when the marzipan is sufficiently solidified, it must be pulled out, rolled out and cut into hexagons of the same size. For a short time you need to hold the figures under a clean wet towel. By color, the decoration is laid out in the same order as on a traditional soccer ball. After laying out the hexagons, the whole cake also needs to be covered with a damp towel.
For a couple of hours, the finished treat (both the first and second) should be removed to the refrigerator so that the cakes are saturated.
