Marzipan mass: recipes, jewelry and figurines

Next, roll the dough into a ball and begin to crumple on the surface, which should be sprinkled with powdered sugar. The marzipan mass should be completely homogeneous. The second recipe (with heat treatment)

To prepare it, you will need the following:

- two eggs;

- half a glass of powdered sugar;

- three hundred and fifty grams of chopped almonds;

- four drops of vanilla essence ;

- a small spoonful of lemon juice.

Beat eggs lightly in a bowl. Mix sugar and icing sugar. Connect the mass with the egg. We put the bowl on the pan in which the water boils, and begin to stir, preparing it to a creamy state. After that, immediately remove the bowl from the heat. Put chopped almonds in it, add essence, lemon juice and beat with a spoon a little. The result is a soft and stretching paste. Put it on a chopped board, sprinkled with powder, and knead until smooth. Such a dough should be used only warm so that it does not lose plasticity.
