However, even the virtuosos of cooking, before cooking the cake in the microwave, must learn a few rules that will prevent a possible failure. The principle of operation of the microwave is still fundamentally different than that of a standard oven. And this must be taken into account.
- The dishes prepared for baking should have high walls - in the microwave, the dough rises much stronger than in the oven. And pour it only to half the height of the sides.
- Sprinkle the form with flour. Use parchment.
- In no case should the mold be covered with a lid.

Then an egg is driven into the bowl with the mass, sugar (half a cup) and cocoa - two full spoons are poured. After mixing, the dough is supplemented with half a glass of flour mixed with a spoon of baking powder. Lastly, vegetable oil is poured - a quarter cup. The dough should not be very thick, otherwise the mannik will turn out tough. The base is poured into a mold and put in the microwave for six minutes. The main component is cottage cheese (it is better to take low-fat). A pack of product is carefully rubbed with two eggs, half a glass of sugar and two tablespoons of oatmeal. For more airiness it would be nice to use a mixer or a food processor. A spoonful of soda or baking powder is added to the resulting mass.
