Its presence in the house allows you to significantly expand the number of possible dishes. In this article, we will look at a recipe for roasting chicken in the oven - and not even one. Oven roast chicken recipe

For cooking, you will need: 1 head of garlic, half a medium lemon, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, salt and spices of your choice, and, naturally, chicken. Presumably your chicken will be from the store and, accordingly, already "tidied up." Your task is to wash, dry and cut it. We cut off the legs, wings, then the hips, after which we separate the back from the breast, cut the back into two pieces, and the breast into 4. Rinse it again, dry it and put it in a bowl.

Thoroughly salt it and rub it with spices. Choose those spices that you like, you can also take black and red pepper, hops, suneli or special seasonings for chicken. Pour it evenly with the juice of half a lemon.

Pass the garlic through a garlic press or chop finely. Mix with mayonnaise, add to the bowl with chicken and mix thoroughly. Grease each piece of mayonnaise on all sides. Next, you need to leave the chicken to marinate for the night or at least for 5-6 hours. This is done so that it is saturated with sauce and spices.

When it is pickled, take a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil, put the chicken there and put in the oven. It will be baked for 40-50 minutes at high temperature. Done! This is an excellent recipe for roasting chicken in the oven, and it will be equally tasty both hot and cold. You can even take it with you on the train or on a picnic.

Whole roast chicken recipe

This is a great option, and also quick to prepare. Take one large store chicken (homemade if you have already gutted it and carried out all the appropriate procedures)), oil (you can use sunflower, but olive is better), herbs and spices, it can be sage, rosemary, oregano, black pepper, thyme and others, more used, the main thing - there should be several of them and they should be combined.

Chicken stuffing that you have to choose to your taste. It can be apples, carrots, garlic, onions ...

Turn on the oven immediately, and in the meantime, take care of the chicken. Wash it thoroughly and wipe it with a paper towel. Chop all herbs and mix with spices, then pour a couple of tablespoons of oil there. Chop the chicken tightly with the filling of your choice and sew the hole with thread. There is no big difference what the filling will be. It serves more as a flavoring and auxiliary agent for juiciness of chicken.

Lubricate the whole chicken with the herbs and spices butter mixture you prepared. Do this carefully, rub the mixture so that it is absorbed into the meat. In the baking dish, put your chicken breast up. At high temperature, about 230 ° C, bake it for one hour. Then turn off the oven, cover the chicken with foil and leave it for another 15 minutes - in the oven.
