From chicken breast you can cook a lot of delicious meat dishes. In this article, I would like to introduce several methods for its preparation: with mushrooms, broccoli, and others.
Creamy chicken breast with mushrooms
Products:
- chicken fillet - 0.6 kg;
- mushrooms - 300 g;
- cream - 150 ml;
- onion - a couple of pieces;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, spices, herbs.
First you need to cut the fillet into small strips. Chop the onion and place in a frying pan with heated oil. Then fry for 4 minutes and add chicken meat, which should also be lightly fried. Add the mushrooms to the chicken, sliced ββand fry for another 6-7 minutes. Then pour in the cream and boil it until everything is thickened. Chicken breast with mushrooms head. Serve hot, garnished with greens.
Chicken breast with mushrooms under a cheese crust
Products for cooking:
- chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
- cheese - 250 g;
- mushrooms - 240 g;
- vegetable oil;
- mayonnaise;
- flour - 3 tablespoons of tablespoons;
- soy sauce;
- spices, salt, herbs.
Initially, you need to peel the garlic and chop it finely, then pour boiling water (1/3 cup). Now we take chicken meat and cut along portioned slices. Then marinate in soy sauce and add spices, salt to taste. You can use seasoning for chicken, basil, dry herbs, as well as white and black pepper. Now put in the refrigerator for several hours to marinate. While the meat is pickled, prepare the mushrooms. To do this, leave the mushrooms in salted water for 6-7 minutes. Then fry in oil with the addition of finely chopped onion, pepper, salt. Grate the cheese.
When the meat is pickled, you need to beat it slightly, then roll each piece in flour and fry on both sides in a pan. Now sprinkle the fried slices of the fillet with garlic water a little and place in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. For each piece of chicken, put the mushrooms, tomato slices, grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese. Then put it again in the microwave for 3 minutes (or 17 minutes in the oven). Chicken breast with mushrooms under a cheese crust is ready! Before serving, you can decorate with greens.
Korean style chicken breast with mushrooms and carrots
Ingredients:
- chicken breasts - about 1 kg;
- fresh mushrooms - 0.6 kg;
- onion - a couple of pieces;
- Korean carrots - 120 g;
- cream - 200 ml;
- cheese - 150 g;
- mayonnaise;
- salt, spices.
First you need to beat off the chicken fillet lightly , sprinkle with salt, spices and coat with mayonnaise. Then lay on a baking sheet. Cut the onion into rings and fry it with Korean carrots on high heat for about 3 minutes. Mushrooms need to be put out. Now put onion and carrots on top of the meat, then mushrooms, sprinkle it all with spices, salt to taste, pour cream and cook in the oven for about half an hour at 190 degrees. The dish turns out quite juicy and delicate in taste.
Broccoli Chicken Breast with Foil
Products for cooking:
- chicken breasts - 2 pieces;
- champignons - about 20 pieces;
- cilantro - 7-8 branches;
- broccoli - 450 g;
- processed cheese - 1 piece;
- sour cream (you can use kefir) - half a glass;
- pepper, spices, salt.
Chicken breasts must be cut lengthwise to make four parts. In each of the parts make small incisions so that you get a "pocket". Then salt and pepper the meat. Coat with sour cream (or kefir). Allow the chicken to marinate for an hour. Meanwhile, cut mushrooms along and chop the cilantro. Peel and chop the broccoli in small pieces. Cheese - thin plates.
Then we take the foil and spread the pickled chicken breast on it. We put mushrooms on one half and sprinkle with cilantro, then a plate of processed cheese and pieces of broccoli. All this is covered by the second half of the breast. We wrap such a breast in foil. Now put the breasts on a baking sheet and place in the bun for 45 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 195 degrees. Such chicken breast will be an excellent dish on the festive table!
