How to cook a quick and healthy lunch? Often, housewives puzzle over this issue. Fans of meat dishes will appreciate the nest cutlets. Simple products have become a very ordinary dish. - ground beef - 200 grams;
- white loaf - 200 g;
- onion - 1 piece;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- mozzarella cheese - 150 grams;

- fresh milk - 1.5 cups;
- cream or mayonnaise - 100 grams;
- chicken egg - 2 pieces;
- salt to taste;

- nutmeg;
- seasoning hops-suneli - a pinch;
- greens (dill) for decoration.
Product Preparation
The recipe for cutlet nests is very simple. Even a novice housewife will cope with it.
So, we take a not very fatty piece of pork meat, a piece of beef pulp and grind it into a fine grinder. We clean two cloves of garlic, one large onion and rub it all on a coarse grater to make it juicier. The baton is soaked in milk. Rinse and cut into pieces tomatoes, hard cheese (in our case, mozzarella, but this is not important) and rub on a coarse grater.
The next step in the preparation of the dish will be the mixing of minced meat. To do this, combine meat, soaked bread, onions chopped in a blender, add salt, pepper to taste, seasoning and mix well.
