Ingredients

For the preparation of cakes use:

  • four eggs;
  • one glass of sugar;
  • 250 grams of margarine;
  • 250 grams of flour;
  • 250 grams of starch;
  • two teaspoons of soda;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • two tablespoons of lemon juice.

Cream is prepared from:

  • butter (600 grams);
  • five egg whites;
  • one glass of sugar;
  • quarters of a glass of water.

To create an ornament you will need:

  • one sachet of cocoa;
  • pastry mastic;
  • food colors in black, beige, blue, pink and green.

  2. Then, with the help of a recess or a glass, circles are cut out of the spare cake. From them make the ears of the teddy bear. For this, the circles should be cut into two halves. Then the ears are adjusted denser to the head, cutting out two small segments from the cake.
  3. The bottom layer of biscuits is set on a stand, the details are glued to each other with a cream. A layer of cream is laid on top, a berry layer is placed on it. Act as follows:

  1. First, rectangular biscuits are prepared: eggs are beaten with vanilla and sugar until the consistency of the mixture looks like thick sour cream, about 15 minutes. Then the remaining ingredients are added and mixed with a spatula. Bake at 180 degrees for 30–45 minutes. In the first 20 minutes, the oven must not be opened to watch a biscuit.
  2. From a round biscuit make a head, from two rectangular biscuits - the body of a bear. For convenience, you can draw the outline of his figure on paper. Paws, ears, tail and other details are cut out.
  3. Then they begin to impregnate the cakes with sour cream. To do this, sour cream is mixed with a thickener and sugar. Whip all the ingredients until the cream thickens. Next, banana is ground and together with cream (sour cream) spread between the cakes. Thus, they infiltrate all the cakes.
  4. Then proceed to the formation of the cake. Scraps of biscuit cake break into small pieces. Mix crumbs and pieces of biscuit with sour cream, to make a soft, plastic mass. They shape a bear cub out of it, trying to round off all the elements. Make a nose.
