Very often in the refrigerator you can find a slice of a not-so-appetizing piece of cheese lying around that you can’t cut nicely and serve. Ordinary cheese balls, recipe for cooking
Products:
- cheese (any hard) - three hundred grams;
- breadcrumbs - one hundred grams;
- eggs - three pieces;
- butter - half packs.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater. In a bowl, beat the separated egg whites to a lush foam. Combine whipped proteins with grated cheese and mix thoroughly. From the resulting mass, we form neat balls, about three centimeters in diameter. So that the balls do not lose their shape, remove them for a while in the freezer. Beat the yolks in a separate bowl and add literally one tablespoon of water. You can add some salt.
We get the balls from the freezer and bread in breadcrumbs. Then dip in the yolks and roll again in breadcrumbs. In a pan, heat the butter and fry the cheese balls on all sides, constantly turning them over. Spread the balls on napkins or paper towels so that the excess oil is glass. Serve them better hot, although this appetizer is tasty and in the cooled form.
Beer cheese balls, recipe
Products:
- any cheese (hard) - three hundred grams;
- chicken eggs - two pieces;
- garlic - three small cloves;
- breadcrumbs - half packs;
- vegetable oil.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add garlic and crushed eggs crushed through a press. Mix the whole mass very well and form small neat balls. Heat a large amount of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or use a deep fat fryer. Roll the balls in breadcrumbs and throw them into boiling oil. Balls should acquire a uniform golden hue. Only after that lay out the finished snack on a large dish, which must first be covered with paper towels. Serve balls of cheese you need to beer, you can cool.

- sausage cheese or any other - three hundred grams;
- mayonnaise - a few tablespoons;
- garlic - two cloves;
- frozen crab sticks - two hundred gram packaging;

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Peel the garlic and let it pass through the press. Mix mayonnaise and garlic and add to cheese. Mix very well. Leave the resulting mass briefly in the refrigerator. Then, from the cheese-mayonnaise mass, we roll up balls about the size of a walnut. Inside each ball, you need to put an olive, like almonds in Raffaello candy.
