Tasty salad with pork tongue
This salad can be a festive meal. It is original in its ingredients. But cooking it is simple. For this dish you need to take:
- 500 grams of pork tongue;
- three eggs;
- 150 grams of carrots in Korean;
- 70 grams of canned peas;
- one apple;
- salt and mayonnaise - to taste;
- some green onions.
To start, the raw tongue is washed, poured with cold water, salted and boiled for at least an hour. If necessary, keep still until it becomes soft. They transfer the finished tongue to cold water, and then clean it. Cut the cooled tongue into cubes.
Boil the eggs. Cut into cubes. Spread them in a salad bowl. Add Korean carrots. It should not be very long so that it can be easily taken. Therefore, you can trim it slightly. Add peas, trying not to get the liquid.
Peel the apple, remove the middle. Cut into thin strips. Add fruit and tongue to the salad bowl. Chives are finely chopped, put in a bowl. Mayonnaise and salt are added to taste, everything is thoroughly stirred. Let the salad stand for about five minutes. After it can be served.
Mushroom salad
For this salad option you need to take:
- two languages;
- 150 grams of hard cheese;
- seven large champignons;
- one carrot;
- onion head;
- two boiled eggs;
- a bunch of dill;
- some oil for frying vegetables;
- mayonnaise for dressing salad.
Prepare a boiled tongue. How to do this is described in detail in previous recipes. Cooled and peeled tongue is cut into cubes. Peel and rub the carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion.
In a pan, heat the vegetable oil, spread the onions. Stirring, fry for a couple of minutes, then add carrots to the pan. Stew for another five minutes, occasionally stirring the vegetables.
Mushrooms are cleaned and washed, cut into cubes. Add to carrots and onions, fry over medium heat for about ten minutes. When the liquid secreted by the mushrooms evaporates, and they become rosy, they remove everything from the fire. Cool down. Add to the salad bowl to the tongue. Cheese on a coarse grater. This cooking option does not take much time. The tongue according to this recipe can be combined with fresh vegetables or any side dish, for example, cereals. Immediately it turns out both a meat dish and an appetizing sauce. For this simple dish you need to take:
- 700 grams of language;
- a glass of sour cream;
- onion head;
- a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- a tablespoon of flour;
- three hundred grams of mushrooms;
- some salt and black pepper;
To begin with, the tongue is boiled with salt. After the broth is not poured. They put their tongue into cold water and clean it. Cut into small pieces. A little oil is poured into the stewpan. Peel and finely chop the onion, add to the oil and fry until golden.
Mushrooms are peeled and diced, added to the onion. All are fried until mushrooms are cooked. Add language. Also time to put salt and pepper. Also, favorite spices will not be superfluous.
