After a couple of minutes, the baking mode is set for half an hour. Subject to the rules, meat with pears in a slow cooker will turn out to be juicy and odorous, even if the figs were dried.

It makes no difference what to take - pork or beef. The main thing is that the piece was whole, like a boiled pork. Frequent incisions are made on all sides of the piece. The meat, in which "pockets" have already been made, is soaked in an interesting marinade. A quarter cup of red βcrackerβ is mixed for it, a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of crushed coriander and mustard - you can grind grains, you can use a regular dining room. Often, paprika is also added to the marinade - it gives the meat a brighter aroma and pronounced taste. Sometimes they add marinade with lemon if they want a pleasant acidity. Meat will be marinated for at least half an hour; nevertheless, itβs better to leave it to lie longer, and beef at all for the night. Slices of pears are put into the "pockets" - two pieces are enough for a kilogram of meat. The kitchen unit is set to baking mode. A stuffed piece is placed in the bowl. Time - from an hour to two. The exact time that meat with pears will spend in a slow cooker depends on the type of meat and part of the carcass. Sometimes you need to water the contents of the bowl with the allocated juice.

Beer recipe
Usually, just pork (less often beef) is cooked in beer, without fruit. However, the meat with pears stewed in beer is even more interesting in taste. A recipe adapted to the multicooker also cooks faster. To begin with, the selected meat is cut and sprinkled with a mixture of flour, salt and paprika in a ratio of 2: 1/4: 1. In a bowl, vegetable oil is heated, and in it, on the frying mode, slices are browned on all sides. Two onion rings are laid to the meat; when they are browned, half a liter of beer is poured (better than dark), a tablespoon of honey is added, the bowl is closed, and the stewing regime is effective for an hour. During this time, pears, sliced, quickly, about three minutes, are boiled in a small volume of water with lemon juice squeezed into it. They are added to the multicooker. Slow cooked pork
Some so far illiterate people believe that foil and parchment when using this kitchen equipment will not be useful. Misconception! Tender and juicy meat is obtained in foil in a slow cooker. The recipe, however, involves preliminary marinating. To create a marinade, a couple of cloves of garlic, rosemary, basil, thyme, coarse salt and peas are ground in a blender. Oil is poured into this spicy mixture, in which it is ground to homogeneity. On a double sheet of foil, the meat is coated on all sides with marinade, the foil is tightly folded, and the bundle is placed in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Next, a glass of water is poured into the capacity of the multicooker and pork in foil is placed . The seam on the convolution should be on top. The baking mode is turned on for an hour and a half, but after its completion, the pork remains in a closed bowl for another ten minutes. Only then can it be removed with wooden spatulas. Remember: when we cook meat in a slow cooker, we avoid the contact of its Teflon with metal. Otherwise, the unit will fail very quickly.
