In time, this is not very long: it takes five minutes to fry each side. Such meat is served with boiled potatoes or stewed vegetables. Recipe two: liver chops in batter

Having filled these pieces with milk, we set aside for an hour (it is also possible in the refrigerator). In the meantime, cut the onion and passer in sunflower oil. After an hour, we take out the liver from the milk, dip it in flour, then in the egg, whipped before that, and fry in a skillet with butter. Add the onions to the liver and mix. When the time has come to serve chopped liver in batter to the table, sprinkle it with chopped greens.
Recipe Three: Pork Chops In Batter
Do you like spicy dishes? Then pork chops in batter can be prepared as follows. Not completely frozen pieces of pork are cut into plates and beat off. Sprinkled with crushed garlic and several types of peppers (black, white, red, etc.) and dipped in batter from flour and eggs, fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
