Brizol, the recipe for which we will consider in this article, is not only a dish. It is also a method of frying products in an egg mixture. There is a brizol (the recipe for making it is quite simple) from minced meat, fish, a whole piece of chicken or pork. Let's try to make several options for the dish.
Common breeze. Step by step recipeTake half a kilogram of good minced meat. If you donβt have time to make it at home using the kitchen processor (in this case, it is better to scroll it two or three times), ask you to chop the selected piece in the meat department of the store.
Such an amount of minced meat will require six eggs, several pickled cucumbers to prepare the dish before serving, a couple of large tomatoes, herbs, garlic and mayonnaise. Add one egg, pepper and salt to the twisted meat, mix well. Divide the resulting mass into five or six balls. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt. Now, with the help of two pieces of cellophane (packages fit), form the tortilla from the minced meat. Put the meat ball on one sheet of polyethylene, cover with another. Smooth the minced meat with a knife into a thin cake - this will be your brizol. The recipe involves the use of rolling pins for rolling, but the above method is simpler and more convenient.

Pour a little beaten egg into a flat bowl, remove the top layer of polyethylene from the minced meat plate and carefully turn the meat into a container with the egg. For it, mix crushed garlic and mayonnaise (you can add a couple of drops of hot ketchup to your taste). You can also put grated cheese. Cut tomatoes or fresh cucumbers and onions. Now roll up. To keep the breeze shape, you can fix the edges with a toothpick or tie a feather with a bow.

Lazy Brizol. Mushroom recipeIn addition to the products listed in the previous recipe, you will need more mushrooms. Minced meat immediately mix with eggs and fry in a pan in the form of one whole plate. Peel and cut mushrooms. Toast too. Prepare the filling of mushrooms, mayonnaise, garlic, onions, cheese and pickled cucumbers, sliced ββinto thin slices. Lubricate the tortilla with the filling, double it and put it out under the lid. Sprinkle with green onion. In the same way, you can cook brizol with fish or liver mincemeat. Just keep in mind that when frying, the liver quickly becomes dry and stiff. To prevent this, soak it initially in milk or keep it on fire for a limited time.
