Oven broccoli: options for baking sauces

Nutritionists say that of all types of cabbage, broccoli is the most useful and “rescue”. We have not yet really taken root with us, although buying it does not cause difficulties. It’s just that the people have not yet learned that “useful” does not necessarily mean “tasteless”. But when people try, for example, broccoli cooked in the oven, this dish will become their favorite and will often appear on the table. Even children willingly eat this dish!

First you need to prepare the cabbage itself. To do this, the bottom of the head is cut off (it immediately falls into separate inflorescences), leaflets are torn off and the darkness is cut off, if any. It should turn out 300 grams of inflorescences. Large should be divided into smaller ones, so that all baked. The baking dish is greased, broccoli is firmly laid out in it - baked in the oven, it will slightly decrease in volume. Two eggs are beaten in a bowl, a glass of sour cream is poured here and spices, salt and grated cheese are poured (100 grams). The mixed sauce is laid out over the inflorescences, and the leaf is removed for a quarter of an hour in a hot oven. When the casserole is lightly browned, it is covered with foil and hidden back for the same time. Dinner is served!

For this dish, about a kilogram of already picked cabbage is first boiled in salted water and left in a colander for draining. At the same time, roasting is made from onions and bell peppers. When the onion becomes translucent, a quarter kilo of grated cheese, spices and a glass of cream are added to the stewpan. Boil the sauce for several minutes with continuous stirring, pour over the cabbage laid on a baking sheet, cover with foil and bake broccoli in the oven for about a quarter of an hour. Carefully remove the foil so as not to scald. Broccoli baked in the oven according to this recipe is tasty both cold and hot.

Garlic cabbage sauce

The recipe is curious that it is not necessary to boil inflorescences before preparing, but they are not immediately placed in the oven. Washed and disassembled broccoli, poured with olive oil (quite a couple of spoons on 2 medium heads), sprinkled with pepper, salt and crushed garlic. For even distribution, the contents of the bowl are mixed and left for ten minutes for pickling. Then the cabbage with the sauce is placed on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes. When the broccoli in the oven reaches readiness, it is laid out in a salad bowl or on plates, sprinkled with lemon and immediately eaten - it tastes better than hot.

Casserole with bacon

You can cook more than one broccoli in the oven, but supplement it with something else interesting. For such a casserole, fresh cabbage again will have to boil and strain. If you bought frozen, this step can be omitted. A mix of broccoli, sliced ​​bacon and leek, cut into rings, are placed in the pan where the dish will be prepared. Grams for 600 cabbage is enough for 120 g of bacon. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with a slice of grated cheese (Parmesan is recommended, but variations are possible), chopped parsley, ground nutmeg, sea salt and a mixture of peppers. Half a liter of milk is poured there; the sauce is mixed and poured on inflorescences with lard. The broccoli cabbage thus prepared in the oven will spend half an hour, maybe a little more, until it acquires a beautiful and mouth-watering color. Eat casserole set hot.
