Cottage cheese without egg casserole is an excellent recipe for young children with allergies. A tender dish rich in healthy calcium will surely please your child and will be a good dinner or afternoon snack. For a portion of a medium-sized dish you will need:

  • 400 g of cottage cheese, best homemade;

  • 3 tbsp. l kefir of normal fat content;

  • 4 tbsp. l semolina;

  • some sugar to taste;

  • 3 apples or pears for toppings.

To make the cottage cheese especially tender, it can be passed through a meat grinder or rubbed through a sieve. After mixing the resulting mass with kefir, add semolina and a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Mix well. Peel an apple or a pear from seeds and skins, cut into slices, you can also make mashed potatoes from fruits, chopping them in a blender. Add them to the curd mass, mix again. Smear the casserole without egg "Curd" with vegetable oil, lay out the ingredients and bake for half an hour. By the way, this dish can also be made steamed, for example, in a double boiler or slow cooker. The process will also take half an hour.   • a pound of cottage cheese;

  • 2-3 tbsp. l semolina and as much sugar;

  • 1 large ripe banana.

Combine cottage cheese, sugar and semolina. If the mass is too dry, add a little sour cream or kefir. As we already mentioned, to make the casserole very tender, without grains and lumps, pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or wipe through a sieve. Grind the banana in a blender until smoothie, add to the main ingredients. Cover the baking dish with foil, grease with butter and put the curd mass. Put in the oven to cook for 30 minutes, then remove, grease the top with sour cream and place back in the oven for 10 minutes. Egg-free casserole "Curd" with banana puree is tasty both hot and cold. Usually it is served with sour cream. It will also be delicious if you use fruit yogurt, juice or compote. The dish can be decorated with canned peaches, cherries, etc., if the child does not have allergies to them.

And for adults, you can cook this version of the dish, a classic one, which includes eggs, butter, and raisins. Prepare:

  • a pound of cottage cheese;

  • 2 chicken eggs;

  • 100 g of granulated sugar or powder;

  • 50 ml of milk and butter (melt);

  • 50-70 g of raisins;

  • some vanillin and a pinch of salt.

Put the ingredients in a mixer or blender and beat until smooth. You should have a moderately thick mass. If it is dry, add a little sour cream. Grease a frying pan with butter, lay out whipped ingredients and bake for 30–40 minutes. Cool slightly, in which case the resulting dish will be easier to get out of shape. Serve with sour cream, fruits and any other additives to taste. Believe me, not one adult will refuse to return to childhood for a short time and taste the refreshments, which were often prepared by mother or grandmother.
