Potatoes are the most popular food among Russians. Potato baked in the oven at home is especially delicious. And there is no single way of cooking - each housewife has his own. Home-made potatoes are cooked differently in the oven. It can be lean, with sour cream, with mushrooms, with spices, with vegetables, with meat and so on. There are a lot of homemade potato recipes, and then a few of them.

Baked potato

The easiest way to cook potatoes at home in the oven is to bake it whole. For this recipe, only tubers of new potatoes are needed. It is recommended to take small and medium, but not large.

What do we have to do:

  1. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, preferably using a brush.
  2. Dry it on a paper towel, then put on a baking sheet.
  3. Heat the oven to 100 degrees and place a pan with potatoes in it. The approximate baking time (it depends on the size of the potato) is 40-45 minutes.
  4. Check readiness by piercing the tubers with a toothpick.

A simple seasoning recipe

How to cook potatoes at home quickly, simply and tasty? Here is one of the recipes.

What you need as ingredients:

  • 10 potato tubers;
  • 5 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • salt;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • basil, oregano;
  • a mixture of peppers;
  • paprika.

How to cook:

  1. Wash potatoes without peeling, and cut into slices. Wash again, lay on a paper towel to dry the potatoes.
  2. Chop the garlic, mix with spices, spices and vegetable oil.
  3. Put dried potatoes in a suitable dish, then add a mixture of oil and seasonings to it and mix.
  4. Turn on the oven and preheat to 190 degrees.
  5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, put the potatoes peeled down on it and send it to the hot oven.
  6. Bake for half an hour, then turn the potato wedges on the other side and bake for another 10-12 minutes.

What you need to have on hand:

  • 10 potato tubers;
  • 6 tablespoons of sour cream of medium fat content (15%) and mayonnaise (better than their own production);
  • a small piece of cheese;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • salt.

How to do:

  1. The potato will be cooked in a peel, so you need to wash it properly.
  2. Cut each tuber into 6 slices.
  3. Pour the vegetable oil into the potatoes and salt, then mix.
  4. On a baking sheet, lay baking paper and put the potatoes.
  5. Put the pan in a preheated oven and cook for half an hour at 180 degrees.

  1. Put sour cream in a bowl, add mayonnaise, mix.

  • 7 potato tubers;
  • one onion;
  • a tablespoon of homemade adjika (spicy);

What is required:

  • 800 g of pork ribs;
  • 2.5 kg medium-sized potatoes;
  • head of garlic;
  • three tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • on a teaspoon of paprika and coarse salt;
  • a pinch of ground black pepper.

  1. Cut the ribs, grate them with a mixture of pepper and salt, then mix with grated garlic. Leave for an hour for pickling.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into halves, hold them in water for a bit to slightly reduce the starch content.
  3. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Lay the pork ribs in the middle, spread the potatoes around them, which are then greased with a brush.
  4. Heat the oven to 200 degrees, place a baking sheet on the lower tier of the stove and bake for 15 minutes. Then transfer to medium heat and cook for another 25 minutes.

Check the readiness of the potato by piercing it with the tip of a knife.

According to this recipe, homemade potatoes baked in the oven turn out to be very satisfying and spicy.

What do you need:

  • one and a half kilograms of potatoes;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • two onions;
  • a bunch of greenery;
  • two teaspoons of mustard;
  • 200 g mayonnaise;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 2 tablespoons of horseradish;
  • two tablespoons of tomato sauce;
  • vegetable oil;
  • ground pepper;
  • seasoning for potatoes;
  • salt.

First prepare the sauce:

  1. Put mayonnaise, finely chopped garlic in a suitable bowl and mix.
  2. Add tomato sauce, horseradish, mustard, pepper and salt, seasoning for potatoes and mix well.

  1. Wash it, peel it, wash it again, cut into not too small pieces.
  2. Dice the onion and fry in vegetable oil in a pan.

What do you need:

  • 700 g of meat (beef or pork);
  • 15 potato tubers;
  • 200 g of cheese;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise;
  • 6 cloves of garlic;
  • greens;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 l of broth;
  • 500 g of forest mushrooms;
  • 5 tablespoons butter;
  • ground pepper;
  • salt.

  1. Cut the meat into medium pieces.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into whetstones.
  3. Dice the onion in half rings.
  4. Grate carrots.
