Simple recipe: steamed fish with vegetables
This tasty and healthy dish consists of the following ingredients:
- 300 g of salmon, chum, trout or any other fish of your choice;
- several large potatoes with peel or 8-10 pieces of small young tubers;
- 10 cherry tomatoes;
- 1 lemon and lime;
- salt, black pepper, parsley and fresh basil;
- a couple tablespoons of olive oil.
