How to cook afar
Start the recipe with a batch of dough. Mix water with flour, salt. You can add a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil for better elasticity. After that, roll out the dough as thin as possible. Make the filling: chop the green and onion finely, mix with cottage cheese, sour cream, butter and boiled chopped egg. Mix well. The filling should be soft. Roll the dough into separate thin pancakes. On each half, lay out the filling, pinch from the edge. Bake without oil in a dry frying pan. As soon as a golden crust begins to form, remove the afar from the pan. Spread each pie with butter.
Lenten afar with potatoes and mushrooms
Make lean afar. To do this, take:
- several medium potato tubers;
- onion head;
- frozen, dried or fresh mushrooms.

Knead the dough. Defrost the mushrooms or soak them in water if they are dried. Chop the onion finely. Spasser it in oil. Cook the potato, mash it.
