Pour a glass of semolina with water (2 glasses) and set aside. 2 large onions, fry in vegetable oil until golden, drain excess oil. Pass through a meat grinder 500 g of chicken hearts and onions. Beat 4 eggs and mix with semolina, beat again a little and add to the twisted hearts and onions. Mix by adding chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. Send in a greased and sprinkled with semolina form, bake in an oven heated to 190 °. The baking time is approximately 1 hour. It turns out a wonderful dish for eating in a cold and warm form - with sour cream, ketchup, cream or without anything.

This dish can be a great substitute for sausage, the quality of which no one is sure for a long time.

No. 4 - Fried Chicken Hearts

Before frying, chicken hearts are well marinated. Soy sauce or regular vinegar is perfect for marinating. 30 minutes in soy sauce (no need to salt) - and on a hot pan. Fat is also not needed, because the hearts themselves are quite fat. A few minutes - and you're done! We also do vinegar, only vinegar should be diluted with water (1: 1).

Spring-summer salad

Beat 3 eggs with 2 tablespoons of milk and cook an omelet (as usual). Cut the cooled omelet and 2-3 fresh cucumbers into strips, also cut 200 g of pre-cooked and cooled hearts.
