Cover the dough with filling, wrap it around the edges and put in the oven for an hour. Serve hot.

An interesting pizza recipe, in which dough without yeast is kneaded on kefir. For 1/2 liter of sour milk, you need to take 400-500 g of first-class flour, salt, 1/2 tablespoon of soda, 2 fresh eggs. Knead the dough and leave it for proofing for a couple of hours. Then roll out about 10 mm thick and lay out the filling of chopped vegetables: cabbage (preferably colored) 300 g, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 3 tablespoons of green peas, 3 tomatoes. Top with grated cheese (100 g) and herbs. Bake until cooked.
