For lovers of chocolate dessert, this special way of cooking will be to their taste. The list of ingredients of this simple biscuit recipe in a multicooker is somewhat expanded. But the result is an incredibly spicy, sweet and tender treat.
Process description:
- Combine vanilla sugar (20 grams), granulated sugar (400 grams) and eggs (2 pieces) in a bowl, beat with a mixer (5 minutes).
- Pour into the resulting lush mixture 100 milliliters of vegetable oil (refined) and 200 milliliters of milk, mix.
- Mix wheat flour (350 grams), cocoa (120 grams), soda (15 grams) and baking powder (15 grams), pass the mixture through a sieve.

- Before cooking, cool the chicken eggs (3 pieces).
- Beat in a container and add sugar (150 grams), beat with a blender or mixer.
- Melt margarine (100 grams) in a water bath and pour into the mixture when its consistency becomes splendid.
- Pour kefir (200 milliliters) and soda (5 grams), which must be repaid in a spoonful of kefir.
- Pass 350 grams of flour through a sieve and pour into the egg mixture, knead the dough.
- Grease the multicooker bowl with butter (10 grams).
- Put the dough and cook the biscuit in the Baking program (about 60-80 minutes).
Cake sponge cake
These amazing cakes are an excellent basis for other confectionery products - desserts, cakes, sweets.
This biscuit recipe for a cake in a slow cooker allows you to cook one of the varieties of "pastry bread" called chiffon bread. It is porous in texture, and it is also easy to cut such a cake into several parts.
Description of the process and ingredients:
- Prepare cocoa from 60 grams of powder and 175 milliliters of boiling water, mix.
- In another container, combine 150 grams of sugar and 4 yolks, grind.
- Add to the mixture cocoa and vegetable oil (125 milliliters), beat.
- Pass the combined wheat flour (200 g) and baking powder (10 g) through a sieve, gradually stir into the whipped mass.
- Pour 50 grams of sugar into the container, add 7 proteins, beat until stable peaks.

The dessert recipe was created specifically for these kitchen assistants (Redmond brand) of modern housewives. All the ingredients, the quantity and sequence of each step allows you to bake a wonderful biscuit cake in multicookers of this brand (with a capacity of 860 watts and a bowl volume of 5 liters).
Description of the process and components:
- Drive 300 grams of chicken eggs into a deep container (approximately 5.5 pieces, which equals 5 whole eggs and 1 yolk), beat with a mixer until lush foam.
- Gradually add granulated sugar (150 grams), continue to whisk.
- Sift flour (180 grams), combined with baking powder (10 grams) and vanilla (1 gram).
- Using a wooden spatula, mix in the mixture of flour and baking powder.

- After baking is finished, it is recommended not to open the lid, and let the pie brew for another 15 minutes.

- Prepare chocolate icing from 100 grams of tiles and 70 milliliters of milk: combine and melt in a water bath, grease the top of the pie.
