How sometimes you want to cook something not quite ordinary, beautiful and tasty! All three of these qualities have chicken roll, the recipe of which is quite original. You can experiment and choose the most diverse fillings. And each time the dish will play in a new way!
Chicken roll, cheese recipe
A rather original and unusual dish that will undoubtedly surprise households and dear guests.
Fry half a kilogram of absolutely any mushroom in oil with chopped onion until ready.
Boil the chicken fillet (approximately 400 grams) in salted water, and then pass it through a meat grinder. Also grind the fried mushrooms through a meat grinder. Combine the ingredients, salt, put your favorite spices.
Now you need to prepare the cheese, it will be it outside the roll. To do this, put a piece of cheese weighing half a kilogram in the culinary sleeve for baking or simply in a dense plastic bag. Next, immerse this package in a container with hot water (not with boiling water). Wait until all the cheese has melted and becomes soft. Take a bag out of the water and instantly start rolling cheese directly in the bag. After it cools down slightly, cut the package, freeing the surface for laying out the filling.
Put the chicken and mushroom mixture on the cheese and tightly wrap the chicken roll, the recipe ends with the roll being wrapped in cellophane and refrigerated until completely frozen.
Cut the finished dish into slices and serve as a snack.
Chicken roll with omelet
Thin slices of fillet are cut off from the chicken breast. The result should be four pieces. Grate each layer with salt and seasonings. A perfect seasoning for chicken is perfect .
Beat three eggs with salt and chopped green onions (amount of onion to taste). From the resulting mass, it is necessary to fry four approximately identical egg pancakes, fry on both sides.
Pre-prepare the skin from four chicken breasts, the slices should be whole. Rinse well if fat is present, do not remove, the roll will be more juicy. Salt the washed skin and put it on the table with a square. Put an omelet on it, and on top a layer of chicken. Wrap the roll and tie it with a thread. Repeat the procedure with the remaining ingredients.
First, fry the rolls until a beautiful golden crust over high heat, then reduce the power of the fire, close the lid and then simmer for another 15 minutes. After opening, and fry again on each side for a couple of minutes each chicken roll. The recipe involves cooking both a hot dish and a cold appetizer. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
Chicken roll with gelatin
Not quite an ordinary dish, for its preparation you will need a liter round box of juice (for example, from Dario or Santal), cut off the upper part with a lid.
In chicken weighing about 1.2 kg, separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces, put in a bowl.
Take six cloves of garlic, three of them cut into thin slices, the other three pass through a press. Put the garlic to the chicken. Salt everything, be sure to add pepper and pour 20 grams of dry gelatin. Mix the ingredients very well and tamp them into a prepared juice bag. Close the bag, you can use foil and clothespins for this, put it in a pot of water, the water level should be higher than the level of meat in the bag. As soon as the water boils, make the fire minimal and cook meat for one hour, adding water as needed.
After the set time, get the roll and leave to cool, then remove it and put it in the refrigerator. Ideally, a roll pack should spend the night there. In the morning, cut the bag, carefully take out the roll and cut it into slices.
