- fillet of fresh trout - 300 grams;

- sweet bell pepper - 2 pieces (red and yellow);

- onions - 2 pieces (medium size);

- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;

For marinade:

- soy sauce - 3 tablespoons;

- olive oil - 2 tablespoons;

- Fresh dill (several branches).

Cooking.

First you need to marinate the fish fillet, of course. We mix soy sauce with olive oil and throw dill branches there (you can tear them with your hands so that the dill gives its flavor). Cut the trout into small squares (maximum 3x3 cm), and drop them into the marinade. Distribute the marinade evenly over the fish and leave for half an hour at room temperature. We cut into kradratiki approximately the same as pieces of fish, peppers, and cut the onion into rings. We leave the same onion rings for barbecue, put too large or too small on a baking sheet covered with foil.

When half an hour has passed, you need to wet the skewers with water and proceed to the formation of kebabs. Need to strung, alternating trout fillet, slices of pepper, onion rings. Put skewers on a baking sheet with onions and leftover peppers. The remains of the marinade can be watered on top of the fish.
