Pink salmon roll is a delicate dish with an amazing aroma and spicy taste. Thanks to the minerals and vitamins contained in fish, this dish quickly saturates the body and enriches it with useful substances.

Pink salmon roll: recipe and method of preparation

Ingredients that you will need during the cooking process:

  • pink salmon fillet - 500 grams;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • carrot - 1 pc;
  • rice - 100 grams;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc;
  • hard cheese - 100 grams;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • mayonnaise - 50 grams;
  • prunes of 50 grams can be added if desired.

We divide the cooking process into several stages:

  • First of all, it is necessary to rinse the rice under running water;
  • now boil it until cooked and allow time to cool to room temperature;
  • we put a boiled chicken egg;
  • we clean pink salmon, cut off our head and get a ridge;
  • now salt and pepper the fish fillet;
  • we clean and wash onions and carrots;
  • chop the onion into thin rings, fry over medium heat;
  • then clean and grate the carrots;
  • as soon as the onion is covered with a golden crust, add the carrots and simmer until tender;
  • in a separate bowl, mix rice and chopped egg;
  • add onions with carrots, seasonings and mayonnaise;
  • rub the cheese on a coarse grater, add it to the rest of the products;
  • thoroughly mix the resulting mass and put the filling on the fillet;
  • carefully roll it up and tie it with a thread;
  • then wrap the fish in parchment and put it on a baking sheet;
  • this dish is baked for 45 minutes with a preheated oven to 190 degrees.

After the expiration of the appointed time, we take out our fish roll and shift it under the press.

The ingredients that are needed to prepare the dish are as follows:

  • fillet of fresh pink salmon - 400 grams;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • sour cream - 50 grams;
  • mushrooms - 150 grams;
  • one medium onion;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Cooking method:

  • we separate the fish from the head and bones;
  • divide the fillet into three equal parts, salt, pepper and grease with sour cream;
  • cook two eggs, peel and cut into small cubes;
  • chop onions, carrots and mushrooms. Fry them over medium heat;
  • transfer the filling on the fillet and roll it with a roll;
  • roll each slice in the egg, then in breadcrumbs and fix with wooden skewers;
  • put on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

This dish is great for beer or low alcohol drinks as a light snack.
