First you need to do meat preparation. It is washed in cool water, stripped of films and veins, and then turned into minced meat. The resulting mass is salted, seasoned with spices and sent to a heated greased pan. In a separate container, pass the onion half rings and grated carrots, and then supplement them with tomato puree made from blanched, peeled and chopped tomatoes. The dressing prepared in this way is poured into a skillet with browned minced meat, mixed and briefly warmed over moderate heat.
