Pizza Tomato Sauce

Structure:

Seafood Pizza Sauce

This recipe is quite simple, the sauce is prepared quickly. If you cook pizza with seafood, then it will be the most suitable.

Ingredients for cooking:

Sugar;

Eggs - 2-3 pieces;

Salt;

Milk - 60 ml;

Vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons of tablespoons.

Champignons (or porcini mushrooms) - 250 g;

Onion - a pair of heads;

Meat broth - 60 ml;

Citric acid - at the tip of a knife;

Butter;

Garlic - 1 clove.

Mushrooms and onions should be finely chopped and sautéed in butter. Then add the tomato sauce and cook for 17 minutes. Then season the sauce with butter, citric acid, finely chopped garlic. Mix everything thoroughly. The sauce is ready!

White pizza sauce

Flour - 2-3 tablespoons;

Butter - 60 g;

Meat broth - 450 ml.

Initially, you should heat the pan and pour part of the meat broth with the addition of butter into it. Then gradually pour flour, while constantly stirring so that there are no lumps. Then add the remaining broth. The sauce must be cooked for 45 minutes over low heat, while stirring frequently. The foam that will appear during cooking should be removed. Ready sauce should be filtered.

Mustard Pizza Sauce

Composition of products for cooking:

Flour - 2 tablespoons;

Margarine - 2 tablespoons;

Mustard - 1-2 tablespoons;

Bouillon (any) - half a liter;

Eggs - 1 piece;

Sour cream - 1 spoon;

Lemon juice - 1 spoon;

Sugar, salt;

Greens.

First you should separate the yolk and mix it with sour cream. Then melt the margarine in a pan, add flour to it and mix everything. Now slowly pour the broth, sprinkle with sugar, salt, add lemon juice, mustard and sour cream with yolk. Mix everything well, let it boil and remove from heat by adding chopped greens. Done!
