Oven sturgeon baked in the oven

Sturgeon is considered a fish worthy of the royal table. And it is no coincidence, because it has many useful substances that have a beneficial effect on the human body. White meat, which is commonly called red, has virtually no bones; they are replaced by cartilage, which can be eaten. The sturgeon recipe in the oven is the most popular among cooks, as the fish is tasty, and it is prepared quickly and simply.

Sturgeon in its own juice

To prepare the dish, a whole fish is taken. Sturgeon must be washed, cleaned and gutted. Take food foil and grease with any oil. Place fish on it, salt, pepper, wrap, so that it is not possible for the juice to flow out during frying, lay on a baking sheet and put in the oven. Cooking time will be 40-50 minutes. Sturgeon baked in the oven in this way retains all its healthy fats, it turns out to be juicy and tastes very similar to chicken meat. It is a low-calorie product and may well be used as a dietary dish.

You can slightly change the taste of the dish if the fish is pre-stuffed with vegetables. Most often, onions and carrots are taken for these purposes. Onions crumble in half rings, fried in vegetable oil. The carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater and also fried. Be sure to salt them during the frying process, then they turn out tastier. Stir fried onions and carrots and stuff the sturgeon’s abdominal cavity with them. Wrap in foil and bake. This is how sturgeon baked in the oven with vegetables is cooked. Mushrooms or nuts can be added to onions and carrots, if desired.

Recipes without foil
