You will need these products:

  • minced meat - 800 g;
  • oat flakes - 350 g;
  • milk - 100 g;
  • salt;
  • black pepper;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • wheat flour for breading - 1 cup;
  • vegetable oil.

  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • salt;

  • oat flakes - 250 g;
