Coral Salad: how to cook, the main ingredients

Salad "Coral" is prepared with shrimp or crab sticks - these are the main ingredients that determine the taste and energy value of the finished product. There are several variations of this salad, differing only in some components.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 egg
  • 0.1 kg of crab sticks;
  • 70 g of shrimp;
  • mayonnaise;
  • pepper, salt.

To make a salad, you must first thaw the crab sticks. It is advisable to do this at room temperature, because the use of a microwave deprives the product of taste. Thawed crab sticks need to be cut into pieces of arbitrary shape.

Structure:

  • 0.3 kg of shrimp;
  • 0.1 kg of crab sticks;

  • 3 rings of pineapple (canned);
  • garlic (1-2 cloves);
  • mayonnaise or sauce;
  • pomegranate seeds, salt
