Surely every housewife at least occasionally bakes cream pies. By tenderness, palatability and gustatory qualities they are not inferior to cakes, and they are prepared unlike simpler and faster. To create them, you can use ready-made dough or a semi-finished base. But even if you prefer cream pies made entirely by yourself, they will not take much of your time anyway. Such pastries can be made even on a weekday after work.
Sunny treat
To start, try baking a citrus cream pie. First, the cake is made. For him, 100 grams of softened butter is ground with two (with a hill!) Tablespoons of sugar. An egg yolk and two tablespoons of very cold water are introduced into the mass. After diligently kneading in parts, a glass of flour is poured. The dough is kneading quickly so that it is not too tight. It is distributed in a greased form (do not forget about the sides!). The form is refrigerated for half an hour. During this time, the filling is prepared: the zest is removed from the lemon and orange, the juice is squeezed out of them (add another orange to the total number of citruses). Three eggs, one protein and two-thirds of a glass of sugar are beaten to foam. The zest is poured into the mixture, the juice obtained is poured, and it is whipped again. Next, add two tablespoons of starch and 60 gr. melted and slightly cooled oil. Another whipping, and the cream is poured into the mold. Dessert is placed in the oven for 35-45 minutes. There is it laid cool down.

Peanuts and chocolate
If your family likes cream pies, it is better to have more appropriate recipes in your recipe book. Moreover, it is desirable - quickly executable. In case guests come unexpectedly or children will suddenly want sweets. Chocolate cream pie can be attributed to the “quick hand” treats: you won’t even have to bother with flour under its base. A packet of cookies is grinded with a blender (corn is recommended, but you can take another one) with a glass of toasted peanuts. The mass is mixed with four tablespoons of margarine until a crumbly dough is obtained. Most of it is lined with the bottom and walls of the form.
A 200-gram bar of chocolate is melted and whipped with a can of condensed milk, a glass of milk, a third glass of peanuts and two eggs. The cream is poured into the base, and the shape of the forty minutes is placed in the oven.
Cream pie with lemon
For him, it is better to use a ready-made test. Puff yeast is best. A half kilogram of thawed dough rolls in two layers. One is lined with a baking dish, the second, smaller, is cut into strips. For the filling, four to five lemons are ground directly with the skin and mixed with six tablespoons of sugar, one of flowing honey and three of starch. The resulting cream is poured into the mold. A grid of strips is laid on top of it, fixed on the sides of the dough, excess is cut off. The net is smeared with a beaten egg. If you want a brighter shade, separate the yolk and use only it for spreading. The furnace is heated to 180 Celsius; the cake is placed in it for half an hour, and after cooling it is crushed with icing sugar and made out with mint leaves and lemon slices.
Raspberry pie
With berry supplements, simply amazing cream pies come out. In the summertime, when there is abundance of fruit everywhere, you can regularly pamper your home with such goodies. In Sweden, for example, in the summer they love to bake a raspberry pie. Often it is replaced with strawberries, and sometimes both berries are mixed. The dough for such a pie is prepared without much difficulty: 150 grams of well-chilled butter are chopped into crumbs, combined with two tablespoons of sugar, the same volume of cold water, an incomplete glass of flour and a large spoon without a slide of soda. A small loose crumbly dough is kneaded, a basket is laid out from it inside the mold, and the base is hidden for half an hour in the refrigerator. When the dough has stood, the base is baked for 12 minutes at 200 degrees.
Cream is being prepared: a large egg is whipped, two thirds of a glass of sugar, a glass of fat sour cream and vanilla are added to its foam. A quarter kilogram of raspberries is laid out in the grasped base, and cream is placed on top of it. After 35-40 minutes, the cake is taken out, cooled, covered with a layer of raspberries and sprinkled with powder.
In cream pies, you can put other berries with fruits, if only they were juicy. If there are bones, it is better to remove them first.
