Apparently, while swimming, one of them tried this dish and concluded that he had a place in the royal palace, and not in the galley. Thus, the biscuit was "reborn" at the court of Queen Victoria. But it was no longer just a dried dough. The biscuit turned into fresh pastries with jam layers.

Nowadays, a biscuit has become a welcome dish in any home. The recipe is usually different. After all, every housewife wants to add her own โhighlightโ to this dish.
A delicious and light dessert is a honey biscuit. The recipe for its preparation is very simple. Whipped squirrels make dessert high, and sour cream impregnation gives juiciness and tenderness.
If you are preparing a biscuit for the first time, it is better to write down (or print) the recipe and carefully follow each item. We need such ingredients for making honey biscuit:

- When he is well browned, it will mean that the biscuit is ready. But still it is better to check its readiness. This is easiest to do with a toothpick. You need to pierce the cake in the middle and pull it out. If the stick is dry, then the dish is ready. And if the dough sticks to it, then you need to let it brew.
- When the biscuit has cooled, cut it into three parts.
- Now we turn to the preparation of the cream. In a bowl for whipping, put sour cream and sugar. Mix for 2-3 minutes. And make sure that sour cream does not turn into oil.
- Next, grease with cream all the parts and combine into one. 5-6 hours will be spent on the impregnation of the dish.
