- carbonade or beef tenderloin - a piece weighing about 400 grams;
- 2 small heads of onions;

- a couple of spoons of tomato sauce (pasta);
- a spoon of wheat flour;

Rinse the meat, dry it. Cut a piece into thin slices. Their width should approximately equal 6-8 mm. Wrap them in cling film or plastic bag and beat them well with a special kitchen hammer. Slices prepared in this way should be cut across the fibers into thin pieces.
