Grocery list:

  • several leaves of fresh salad;
  • 50 g butter.

Appetizer of red fish (canapes) is done like this:

1. To begin with, let's get some bread. How to chop it to make mini sandwiches? The pieces should be small and the same in shape (for example, in the form of a square or circle). From bread slices it is necessary to cut off the crust.

2. Open the package of butter. Using a knife, apply it with a thin layer on the pieces of the workpiece.

3. Lightly salted trout cut into pieces. But not too shallow. For each mini-sandwich we put a piece of fish.

4. Lettuce leaves are washed with tap water. Then blot them with a towel. Tear the salad into small pieces. Then spread on a layer of fish. Put a piece of trout on top of the salad.

5. It remains to pierce each mini-sandwiches with a toothpick or a special skewer for canapes. Now put the appetizer on a beautiful plate and serve.

Food set (based on 12 servings):

  • 150-200 g of apples;
  • dill greens;
  • 200 g of pineapple (canned)
  • 150 g of salted red fish;
  • some mayonnaise.

For tartlets:

  • 2 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
  • 6 tbsp. l flour.

Cooking:

1. Rinse apples in running water. Remove the peel and seeds. Grind (preferably cubes).

2. Open the jar with pineapples. The salad will take about half the contents. Pineapples, like apples, cut into cubes.

3. Now let's get into the salty red fish. It can be salmon or trout. It all depends on your taste preferences. The fish must be cut into thin strips or cubes.

4. In a deep bowl, spread the chopped apples, pineapples and trout (salmon). Dress with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped dill. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

5. If you are very limited in time, then you can buy ready-made tartlets. But it’s better to bake them yourself. First, make the dough. It is necessary to melt the oil, then pour it into a plate with sour cream. Pour flour and baking powder. Add beaten eggs. Knead the dough well. We distribute it according to 1 tbsp. l in special cupcake tins.

6. Tartlets are sent to the oven. Bake for several minutes (at 220 ° C). As soon as they rise and brown, you need to get the pan out of the oven. Press the bottom of the pile into the middle of each cake. This is necessary to obtain recesses.

7. Again we send the baskets to the oven. Bake another 10-15 minutes. We get out and wait for them to cool completely. Then we fill the tartlets with salad and decorate with herbs. Before serving the appetizer on the table, you can hold it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
